Opportunity [op-er-too-ni-tee]
-
Often disguised as pain, hardship, anger or struggle
see The closed door is an opening
Instead of focusing on the “no entrance” signs in one’s life
Allow the closed doors to divert your path all together
The river has never fought the obstacle
Flowing over and around
Whatever it comes across
It is not long before the pain is forgotten
The hardship softened
The anger and struggle replaced by a strength
far greater than one once knew
The closed door reframed into a portal
Of possibility and freedom previously unfounded
The child saw the obstacle as an opportunity in and of itself.
